Fair skin and the indian IT, internet sector

Some mainstream media channels like NDTV have launched high profile campaign against the prejudice against dark complexioned women in India, however it is not likely to change the attitudes in India to a large extent. Now the prejudice against those who are dark skinned has become well entrenched in India society, a class case of how the devil quotes the scriptures to suit his or her purpose. Most of the top security and intelligence agency employees are upper caste, tall and are fair complexioned due to hereditary factors. They have cunningly made the rules favoring fair complexioned individuals so that their relatives and associates also have an unfair advantage.

While large and small companies are free to select their employees according to their appearance, a very disturbing trend in the indian intelligence, security agency and indian internet sector is how large companies like google, tata are bribing the corrupt intelligence, security agencies, especially NTRO, CBI to abuse their powers and spread false rumors about the ownership of the small business, because the real business owner is not fair enough, not good looking enough, wasting indian tax payer money in the process for 7 years. The small business owner is a private citizen, who is not getting any help from the government or the large companies, yet they are unnecessarily interfering and spreading false rumors about the ownership of the business, to dupe companies, other countries and many people.

The obsession with beauty and fair skin in the indian internet sector and ntro employees has resulted in many frauds reflecting the regressive attitude of these highly educated ntro employees who do not value the education, experience , hard work of a woman and are only bothered about her beauty and fair skin. Instead of being realistic that most beautiful women do not have to work hard, and prefer to get married to rich and powerful men, these fraud ntro employees like puneet, vijay, parmar, j srinivasan, are falsely claiming that their lazy greedy mediocre fair complexion/pretty girlfriends half their age, were their btech 1993 ee classmate, are domain investors in a clear case of resume theft, fraud, abuse of power to get all these good looking frauds lucrative R&AW/CBI/indian intelligence jobs with fake resume, fake work, fake investment.
